Edriadjie Ramadhan Adhyaksa
An accomplished entrepreneur and business professional with more than 13 years of experience across consulting, culinary, event management, and mining industries. He specializes in mining exploration, coal and mineral mapping, geology, environmental management, waste management, and occupational health and safety.
His extensive experience includes serving as a Mining Project Manager, Former Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) in North Kalimantan, and Operational Director for coal mining operations across Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. He combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership in managing mining operations, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.

Proven track record in managing business operations, overseeing budgets and financial performance, developing strategic initiatives, monitoring organizational performance, and supporting strategic decision-making at the management level.
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing business processes, and ensuring operational excellence through effective, efficient, and well-structured execution aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Possesses strong expertise in business analysis, operational planning, financial management, policy implementation, and stakeholder coordination. Recognized for being adaptive, results-driven, highly committed to integrity, and capable of performing effectively under pressure while consistently driving the organization toward its business targets.

A seasoned executive with more than 10 years of experience in operations management, finance, and business strategy across production, commodity distribution, and service industries. Proven expertise in financial planning and budgeting, supply chain management, quality control, business partnerships, and multidisciplinary project management.
Holding a Master’s degree in Management (MM), with strong expertise in business strategy, finance, and operations, he brings a well-rounded perspective to leading and developing commodity-based processing businesses, including cocopeat and coco fiber industries.

A seasoned creative and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in advertising, brand development, creative direction, and film production. With a strong background in art direction, visual communication, and storytelling, he has developed creative and brand solutions for leading companies across various industries.
His expertise spans creative strategy, brand development, visual identity, content creation, and commercial filmmaking, with experience working with major brands including Djarum, Indofood, Gojek, Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Panasonic, L’Oréal, and other leading companies.
